I've been training at BioFit with Jay Vincent for over 2 years and I am in better shape now in my forties than I was back in my twenties! His methods are incredibly challenging, but that is where you will learn your physical limits...and how to SMASH through them! I am stronger, leaner, and in much better shape training with Jay weekly in a single half hour workout than I ever was hitting the gym by myself 3 times a week, 90+ minutes each session. I have my time back. That alone is well worth the training fee!

If you find yourself getting in worse and worse shape each year and you want to finally turn things around for you healthwise NOW, then do yourself the biggest favor you could ever do for yourself and sign up for BioFit high intensity weight training.
