Ive been training for 34 years (cycling, running, weights) and I thought I was in “pretty good shape”... when I met Jay Vincent, I had asked him what he did to achieve his level of fitness. After hearing his story, Let’s just say I was skeptical because I was a gym rat and he was ONLY working out 1-2x per week. He invited me to the free session.
After the very first workout, I was convinced! Why? Because as hard as I trained on my own, I could never get the results I was looking for because I could not take the workouts to the level of effectiveness and safety as I can under the supervision of Jay at BioFit. In the first 8 weeks at BioFit I noticed major results.
At week 12, my physique continued to improve, at week 16 My body was totally different!! It has now been almost 2 Years since I began BioFit. The results have been tremendous! At 48, I’m the proud owner of a 28” waist and a VERY lean muscular body! 8 movements to failure in 30 min, once every 5-7 days, rest well, eat well, repeat... and that’s it!! I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in!! Thank you Jay Vincent for teaching me and pushing me! It just keeps getting better!
